Day Four
Protection….

Isaiah 54:17 NKJV

[17] No weapon formed against you shall prosper, And every tongue which rises against you in judgment You shall condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the LORD, And their righteousness is from Me,” Says the LORD.

 It would be irresponsible for us to think that everyone around us is for us. While it is inevitable that there will be people who will oppose your very existence, it does not require that we give them any energy. The scripture is unequivocally clear when it says “No Weapon” can prosper against you. But it is also clear that the weapons will be formed. The enemy will form devices and influence people to oppose and distract you but that’s what enemies do. It’s his job! Our job is to focus on what pertains to us and that is, our heritage as servants of the Lord. This scripture tells us that it is our heritage that weapons will fail and people who speak against us will be condemned. Our job is to focus on that part and let God deal with the rest. Our job is to keep praying, fasting, believing, trusting and praising the God of our salvation through it all. Thanks be to God that our value is from Him and not from man. God will always protect what He values.

Let’s pray….

 Father, today we make a choice to fully trust and believe in Your awesome ability to keep us safe. Even in the middle of turmoil, confusion, wars and rumors of wars, You have complete authority over the rulers of darkness and the evil forces that conspire to come against us… Thank You for Your divine hand of protection. We rest in Your arms and feel completely safe knowing that You still have the whole world in Your hand..
